Filed February 17, 2026, in Cook County No. 2025L007458, the operative First Amended Complaint asserts six counts against CDW Government LLC spanning common-law and statutory theories, including unpaid wages, breach of contract, and constructive commission fraud through an alleged goal-modifier mechanism that reduced earned sales commissions.
